Seven Fathoms™ is a Premium Rum hand crafted in small batches at our George Town Harbor distillery. Located in Grand Cayman, the Seven Fathoms Distillery is the first of its kind in the Cayman Islands.

Seven Fathoms is truly a unique spirit. It is the first spirit to be made entirely in the Cayman Islands, despite a West Indian history deeply embedded in the rum industries and culture. All Seven Fathoms rum is made using an innovative maturation technique that involves aging the rum underwater!

April 6 - Seven Fathoms Rum is to attend the American Distilling Institute's annual conference in Louisville Kentucky.  The ADI is the leading association of craft distillers in the US represeting a wide range of spirits makers.  For more information click here

April 15 - Following the introduction of Seven Fathoms rum to our distilling peers, the spirit garners several favorable reviews from expert panelists at the recent ADI Conference. 

Seven Fathoms Cayman Islands Premium Rum™ (80-Proof). Shimmering light amber color with traces of orange and gold; aroma of vanilla, butterscotch and lightly toasted almonds. The body is light and slightly silky; the taste showcases a clean base with layers of vanilla, slightly toasted oak and a spicy and dry finish.
